Andrew Zhao received his BS-MS degree in materials science from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign in 2015. Currently, he is pursuing his PhD in biomedical engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology. His research interests include development of optically vaporizable perfluorocarbon droplets for both imaging and therapeutic purposes.
