Seoyoon is a PhD student in Biomedical Engineering at Georgia Tech and Emory University. His research focuses on the development of functional nanoparticles for therapeutic applications, immunomodulation, and image-guided therapies.
He received his BS in Biological Engineering and MS in Biological Sciences and Bioengineering from Inha University, Korea. During his undergraduate and master’s period, he worked on hydrogel-based biosensors, lipid-based drug delivery, and cancer immunotherapy projects.
